Why dismantling needs a specialist

Removing a fitted kitchen is not
a job for a general handyman.

  • Swiss landlords expect built-in elements removed cleanly — damage to walls, floors, or ceilings is your liability
  • Dismantled materials — wood, metal, electrical, plumbing — must be sorted and disposed of separately according to Swiss regulations
  • Commercial fit-outs involve specialised materials — flooring adhesives, asbestos-containing elements, technical installations — that require certification to remove
  • Coordinating multiple trades adds cost and time — one team that does everything is almost always cheaper and faster

We've dismantled everything from apartment kitchens to shopping centre fit-outs. One team, one visit, fully disposed of.

What we dismantle

From a kitchen to
a complete fit-out.

Apartment & Home Dismantling

Fitted kitchens, bathroom fittings, wet room elements, built-in wardrobes, shelving systems, and flooring — removed cleanly and the space left handover-ready.

Office Fit-Out Removal

Partition walls, raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting systems, IT and electronic installations — fully removed and disposed of before lease end.

Shop & Retail Dismantling

Shopfittings, display systems, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting, and signage — we've completed full retail dismantling projects for major Swiss commercial properties.

Technical Installations

Ventilation, climate control, cooling systems, heating installations, tank systems, and building services — professional removal with all required documentation.

Structural Elements

Non-load-bearing walls — brick and concrete — flooring substrates, adhesives, glazing, and facade cladding. Core drilling where required.

Full Disposal Included

All dismantled materials are sorted on-site and disposed of according to Swiss regulations. Combustible, metal, glass, and special waste each go to the correct facility. Nothing left behind.

Questions & Answers

Questions about
dismantling & removal.

Can you combine dismantling with clearance and cleaning?
Yes — and this is the most efficient approach. Dismantling first, then clearance of remaining contents, then final cleaning. One coordinated process, one invoice, property handed over in a single operation. We schedule all three in sequence.
Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?
Older Swiss properties — particularly those built before 1990 — may contain asbestos in floor adhesives, insulation, or ceiling tiles. We assess for hazardous materials during the on-site inspection and coordinate certified specialist removal where required. This is included in your assessment at no extra charge.
What size of project can you handle?
From a single fitted kitchen to a full commercial building. We've completed dismantling projects at Metalli Zug, the Emmencenter, and multiple retail and office properties across Switzerland. Scale is not a problem — we build the team and resource plan to match the scope.
Will there be damage to walls or floors after removal?
Some minor fixing points are inevitable when removing built-in elements. We make good minor wall and floor damage as part of the dismantling process wherever possible. For structural work, we assess this during the on-site visit and include remediation in the quote if required.
